**Please note: Despite the manufacturer's product specifications, it has been determined the maximum speed listed (18 mph) is with NO load capacity - meaning no weight is applied to the e-bike. When weight is applied, the speed you are able to go changes drastically depending on the amount of weight. Normal speed for adult passengers seems to be anywhere between 10-16 mph. The higher to level speed the faster the battery will drain.**
