Hasp only locks by using key to help prevent "lockout". Functions as a conventional latching hasp when key isn't used. Hold-open feature eliminates uncontrolled swinging of leaf. Exclusive full-width knuckle design and supporting side wall s reduce sag. All component parts are plated prior to assembly to enhance rust resistance. Includes two keys and mounting screws.
