The tool can be run at lower pressures but should never be run higher than 6.2 bar (90 psi). If run at a lower pressure the performance of the tool is reduced. For pneumatic power to the tool, an approved 10 mm (3/8 inch) x 8 m (25 feet) maximum length airline is recommended. The tool must be connected to an airline system with an easily accessible air shut off valve. It is strongly recommended that an air filter, regulator, and lubricator (FRL) be used to supply clean, lubricated air at the correct pressure to the tool. An appropriate air pressure regulator must be used at all times while operating this tool when the supply pressure exceeds the marked maximum of the tool, 18,000 RPM.
